The government spends ALL social security money. All of it is claimed far into the future. And they spend all 100% of it on other programs, not retirement. Zero dollars of social security goes toward retirees. The money brought in is a tax. It is used to pay for war chests mainly.

Social Security then becomes an entitlement for medicare/medicaid recipients and retirees who paid in and WHO LIVE LONG ENOUGH to spend it. A majority do not.

Recipients are a liability. They will likely be eliminated because the money is gone.
