THRR received a buyout offer, BOD wants to take it but not sure they can do so without putting it to a shareholder vote. Hopefully there will be more details Monday. The ceo said the offer was significantly higher than the share price when it was @.0005 I am about to run out of posts for the day. Check it out on Yahoo THRR.PK
