Pretty much based on the lowball offer, but we won't know until the current plan gets objected and rejected and negotiations go back on the table. Trying to be realistic here without the high expectations at this time. That's why I am hedging my bets on Ps. Emotions and high expectations destroy logic. I coulda made out huge on WAMUQ if not the greed and high expectations.
