Mordicai, I posted this question on the UQ board. Can the judge during a hearing call out Weil on the BS he's feeding everyone?

Isn't it the judge's duty to protect the estate, even if forces within are not?

That beeing said, why can't the judge simply say that according to the MOR and newly acquired tax refunds A>L, why are you feeding me BS council? Why are we giving money away (i.e., FDIC)?Can you explain yourself council? Put them on the spot in front of everyone in court.

Damn I am pissed! Many of you may feel better today but I don't. I am 42 years old and like a child until you get burned on something new you don't know it's hot, even when you're warned. I've been burned. Next time I hope I know better.

Sorry for the venting...I lost three pounds (in stress) yesterday.
