more often than not when the nasi turns down at current levels it makes for a very good IT turn. especially when it comes after a 100 point run. the exception being the recent action in the first 6 months of this year where it carved out a broad trading range of about 300 ndx points.

since that is the more recent history it cant be dismissed, but i dont see mr market making a habit of doing that again too often in the future. i am open to a topping area here, but respect fund managers greed to make year end bonuses, the seasonal strength in the next few months and keep this going after a pause.
