Theres only three things wrong with the Reuters headline you site. 1. There is no "deal". 2. Whats been proposed (and certainly not accepted) "resolved" nothing. 3. It was a bank heist not a "bank failure". The case is not closed, what gave you that idea. The equity committee will address this "offer" at an upcoming hearing.
