You saw today's decline, and the partial recovery. From a legal perspective NOTHING happened. Someone who was in the court said the judge had a slight smile on her face as she listened to Rosen's preposterous offer. (I think I'll start attending some of these hearings so I can see these grins for myself.) The MMs were ready for anything they could use to manipulate volume and they got it: 10% of the commons and Ps were traded today. People gave up LTCGs and some of those sellers really need their Friday night martinis.

Remember, nothing happens until an order is signed by the court. I listened to the hearing twice, and Judge Walrath will never sign anything 'agreed' to today. Never.
