Not worried about the courtroom ...only thing I wish for is the delays to stop or slow down some...We have been victorious in almost every facet...only power really shown by FDIC/JPM is the power of delay!!!!...EVEN with a delay here I'm not too worried...just means it takes longer to get paid....Remember if FDIC/JPM had anything concrete on WAMU it would have been spit out in court and the press....So far nothing...just delays...GOOD LUCK TO ALL TODAY....WORST THING THAT COULD HAPPEN IS A DELAY TODAY!!!...NOTHING ELSE!!!!...I HOPE??!!!...LOL
