Retep0517 - JCG was the key negotiator for the Addax sale to SIPC.

LB didn't just quit. He remained until Jan 2010 most likely under contract. I am sure he did extremely well with his Addax options,the Chinese granted full vesting after the acquisition. Key Addax Mgmt also controlled 34-35 % of all outstanding shares. He doesn't need to work at all. Most likely he developed a nice relationship with SEO when the JDZ block percentages were negotiated. I'm sure SEO makes all the final decisions on the BOD.
