Ok so, why have some persons let so many go on about the MM and the PPs while on its decline?

Somewhere it was mentioned some one had a meeting with the MM in LV and said that the Co. shouldnt bother with going to OTCBB due to cost for financials yet todays news of TV ads has no mention of cost. Wait for AMEX was said by opinion. 100K for accurate financials vs some 300K late night tv ad means what?
