Sounds like it could work for the recipe for Planked Catfish

Step 1: Nail cleaned 15 lb catfish to a cedar plank
Step 2: Marinate in Alcohol for 24 hours
Step 3: take nails out flip fish over and repeat marinate in Alcohol for another 24 hours
Step 4: take nails out
Step 5: throw fish away
Step 6: Eat the cedar plank
