Well at least they got two new directors that will now do whatever EO tells them to do. But I do see that as a big step in the right direction.

Three things I would mention. I don't think PN being on the BOD means a thing. It is ordinary that a CEO be on the BOD. I also would not put any significance on the fact that one of the new Board members is from Addax. It could mean something but probably does not. Finally, the fact that there is wording that allows the company "3) To transact other business and act upon any other matters that may properly come before the Annual Meeting of Shareholders" also means nothing. It is boilerplate language that is normally in every single proxy statement.
