Lupron Depot’s dose-vs-duration relationship is surprisingly linear:

With the new approval, the doses/durations in use are:

• 7.5mg for one month
• 22.5mg for three months
• 30mg for four months
• 45mg for six months

An older 3.75mg monthly dose is apparently no longer used.
