The annual 10K should be out any time between tomorrow and the end of next week.
It will include the 4th quarter of last year as well. ( which should help explain why they posted a 40 million profit for Dec, as compared to 7 & 9 for Oct. and Nov. )

Even before the 10K comes out we know the company has achieved over 260 million in EBITDA for last year. This was revealed in the filing for the new KEIP.

The MOR for Feb is due out this coming Monday 3/15.

The hearing the next day on March 16 will deal with the objections filed for the KEIP to be implemented for the year 2010.

On 4/7 they will deal with the 9 billion in CERT claims and the retention of Skadden Arps to be Counsel for the EC.
