Hi 'johnr' . . . yes, I DO mean Interactive-Brokers. . . .
THAT was my key point . . if they still charge the same commissions
as doing each leg separately, there is no advantage for me to use that tool.
Because I have such directional biases both daily and intraday,
I like to leg into my spread positions to try to eek out every penny of Profit I can.
So, I do very much appreciate your offer to help . . .
I still will not be using that Tool ...
though I do see the very good usefulness of it.
I often recommend NOT legging into a spread position because you usually lose out as the market goes against your initial thoughts right away (LOL) ...
but I still do not take my own advice on that ...
always thinking I can do better .. and because I often do do better ...
I will continue legging in.
