with all due respect, I think this verbage is what is confusing alot of people. They are taking the "replacing" literally.

"the lower denominations that will replace the higher 3 zero notes"

Isn't it the large denoms will be removed from circulation, and new smaller denoms will be added for ease of basic tansactions?
