on the issue, I think the thought of EC trying to form a board in the WMI directors would be devastating for JPM. As bop pointed out, 1800 regular people with more than 250,000 is very doable and can achieve the 51% of shares - how scary is that for JPM? better to settle now ...Nah, they wouldn't take the chance, They would settle and that is why EC is formed and granted by our HJMW.

Why was veneble mute last friday? He agrees to what is going on, the global agreement, what ever that maybe is going to favor us all - its been 18 months - we have waited and this is the most Crucial court date other than the EC formation. IMO
