I have watched the promotions a good bit the last year. This board on IHUB keeps up with the promotions and how the stock held up during the promotion in the IBOX. Most of them did very bad. There were a few that did good. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=15296

I dont mind a promotion if I am in ahead of the promotor's as they all usually get a nice little spike where I sell.
