I understand, but these off topic off really do need to be taken to another board...... Like maybe the Den?

This board is going to stay on topic specifically about CDIV, and we are not going to turn it into a basher vs. CDIV long argument.

If you all don't want to stay on topic, I'll stay here as long as needed to keep this a great board. We've attracted a great group of longs, and if you guys continue to engage those that don't like CDIV, you're going to turn it into a board like so many others. Simply don't answer them if you don't like their posts. Sheesh, it really is that simple. You all know what is happening now, and you're all beginning to fall into the trap.

This will stay the CDIV board, period!
