What you failed to mention is that not one thing has changed here since last Thursday's hearing. Last Thurday our opening price was .26 we closed at .33.

However, today, we sit at .42... The only thing that change here is that our PPS is higher. 2 days before the last hearing the pps was .28. NOW, two days before the biggest hearing ever we sit at a measly .42. I'm not complainin' :)

Everyone can figure this one out.
