Also about your last number there. IMO commons can fly to the sky if possible, but still I believe as though commons will see a smaller payout than the preferreds will; if not the same. IMO I see a 10x change for commons(Or smaller since such a big OS) and 12x change for preferreds. ALSO something to notice is that the EC has scheduled dates for appointing people/doing things in April. I doubt the EC can do its magic now when it needs to do some prerequisites in April.
