Settlement VERSUS no settlement

If you are a common stock holder...
If you think there is going to be a settlement for the common stock holder then you would NOT want others to buy... if you do not think there is going to be a settlement then you want others to buy to try and drive the stock price up...

At this point it is UP IN THE AIR as to what will happen... it is a guessing game...
