I am actually in favor of a R/S, however I wouldnt like a 100:1. I would be fine 5:1 and that would get the O/S down to about 860,000,000. I also think in good faith the company should retire part fo the A/S. I think with a smaller share structure more investors would buy the stock. Some people get scared seeing an O/S of 4.3 billion.
