Materially false. Unrestricted shares cannot decrease -- they can only increase. Since they have never increased by even one share, it`s impossible that kidd`s shares are part of the unrestricted share count. Therefore they must be restricted.
This isn't difficult to understand. Restricted shares can decline then rise. Unrestricted cannot. Therefore unrestricted share count tells us everything including proving that your claims are grossly materially false.
