I am new to the concept of locking up shares but maybe someone could answer a few questions that have probably been asked and answered many times before.1)is the company aware that this is taking place?If so,what if anything have they said about it?2)Is there a deadline in time or a priceline where the NSS positions have to be covered or could it just be a spontaneous event?Thanks
