Again I don't know whats going to happen. I wish everyone well. My gut tells me 2 things. First off we have a group of attorneys behind closed doors attempting to hash out what to do with a huge pile of money. That doesn't give me any warm fuzzies, I hope this all ends up in the judges lap. Secondly just based on the pecking order.....I simply don't think the settlement/judgement will be enough to give the commons a boost. I dumped what commons I had Tuesday morning. I still hold prefereds.... Keep in mind, this is taking place in BK court. The judge is in no way legally obligated to make everyone happy. Legals claims, damages, possible awards may come in civil courts way..way..down the road.
