No idea, but it looks to me

... like it's just down in sympathy with the rest of market, relative to its beta.

If "they're" going to try and flush out weak hands and steal a few shares cheap, "they'll" need to run it down through the $23.80 support line. That should suffice to flush some people out and offer a fast dip to buy.
