TD Banks all buy and sell Dinar. BUT you must have an account to do so.

I made phone contact and they were very open and helpful.

I have been doing some DD this AM on TD...so far I like what i am reading.

Made a contact to Chase...still not buying or selling in my area.

You can check for TD locations on line and open and fund accounts online.
