It's excellent that many of you have faith in John. Reading all the posts from last night the word petroleum/blending plant and storage was mentioned alot. I can truly assure you that this 6 acres plant and property does exist and in fact is surrounded by an industrial security fence complete with electronic gate.

State officials say that the 5.6-acre site near the north shore of the Niagara River is fenced off from public access and that extensive work has been done to make sure contaminated groundwater does not drain off the site to the river.
