blasher-yes we were saying the same thing. Here is a thought. If the premise is accepted that put time value is worth more than call time value, then a good strategy would be to do the following:

If get a buy signal, then open a credit put vertical spread below the market.

If get a sell signal, then open a debit put vertical spread above the market.
