The company is not currently facing any lawsuits. We disclosed the possibility of being named in the civil suit against Mendoza in Costa Rica. That has since been resolved. The competitive nature of the industry restricts the amount of information we release regarding the progress of our technology. The most recent information can be found in our 10-Q filed Nov. 22nd. As a footnote; we continue to make excellent progress through our R&D facility in Akron including all related software. The assumption we are falling behind is a misconception. Remember, our patented ASNAP technology is the seamless switch that can be licensed and installed in any OEM’s phone. We are not in a race to manufacture phones.
