Some people just don't get it. BHPbilliton, will be at this show, Vale Inco will be at this show. Noranda will be at this show, Anglo-America will be at this show and 10,000 more like them. Does that mean they do not have money for their projects and are looking to find some? In this industry you have to get to know people and this is where you get to know them. I'm serious when I say this but, up to now I really thought Gump knew something about the mining and exploration business but now he's got me doubting. I've never lived in a world were I lied my way through a situation and if we were lying about our finances and project operations my wife and family and myself even, would be totally discussed that I could have stooped so low. Some may live like that, which may cause them to think like that, but please give it a break.
I will say this once and for all, I've never been on the Investors-Hub
board and never will be, but if we are accused of lying by anyone ever again on these boards and can tract them down and prove they are wrong, and they are spreading these false accusation and smearing the companies reputation just because they can, then our legal team whom we just brought on board will punish them to the full extent of the law.
Those who accuse us of lying know our address and contact information, so they need to give us theirs, because if not we will find it ourselves. If they are right they have nothing loss. Get a life and go after the real scammers.

But, it was a pointless conversation yesterday. Whether the company is still called "Noranda" or if they're at this year's show or if they're now called something else or even if they used to go to PDAC, it's besides the point. His point was that this show is about networking and people don't go just because they have no money. Who cares if "Noranda" is going this year? He could have been speaking generically. I've been to tons of conferences and I usually see some regulars (and I generally expect them to be returning), but that doesn't mean they're going to be their every single year. And especially in the corporate world, even if they are there the next year, they might be under a new name (happens every day). For example, one lab I used to work at was called Severn Trent Laboratories-one of the leading environmental testing labs in the world. They were bought out by a company called Test America that was essentially going bankrupt at the time (go figure). But to this day, in conversation, I still refer to the place as Severn Trent, just because people in our industry know who I mean and it's not a huge deal. In fact most other people in the industry that I talk to on a regular basis also still refer to it by it's old name, Severn Trent.

The take home message of Ken's email is that KAT's legal team will prosecute these bashers to the fullest extent of the law if they spread lies and slander. This is no joke, as some on this board can tell you what happens to posters who slander/libel a company.
