Correction: "Appears to have an EBITDA per share of over $30"..

Should read:

"Appears to have a value based on EBITDA per share of over $30."

I was basing this on past Telecom restructuring plays that occured post-internet crash. Still doing the DD, so the verdict is still in the air.
