EX, thank you very much for sharing your story. I knew some of it, but not in that detail. I think that I told you at Monkinar2 that you are the reason I joined the Den and attended Monkinar2 in LA. Saw your name and results posted in the Joenatural board and was quite impressed. I saw that you posted a lot in the Den and started checking out the Den in general. Was pleased with the kindness, helpfulness, sense of family and positive environment here, without the numerous bashers and negativity of so many other boards. Anyway, I'm very happy that your life has turned around because of Monk. Everything you said about him has proven true for me, and his advice has really helped me as well. I recommend him and the Den whenever I have the chance. Continued success to you and all of the Densters, and you as well as Monk have inspired me to Pass It Forward.
