XB, Sorry to hear you fell on rough times in the first place.

Life can be very unforgiving at times and I think we've all been part of or will be some serious tragedies. Man you got hit with a string of many in a short time.

Very happy to here that you have come back from your financial problems and now flourishing!

I think it says a lot about your resolve that you are where you are.

You too have payed it forward to many on this board with sound advice.

I've only been following Monks picks and the Den for a short time, but stories like this is why I love this place.

I'm addicted and looking forward to being part of this team for the future.
