I am so glad you have been doing this for 55 years and still don't understand why uplisting would be a big deal. Maybe in another 55 years you will understand why this is important.

If we uplist to the otcs/bbs we have to file with the SEC, guess what that means, complete transparency! Do we have to uplist to be transparent? Of coruse not. We are already very transparent and we could release what ever we want right now. The important things about uplisting are it opens the door to a completely new market of investors for us and it not only makes us transparent, but adds weight to that transparency.

If we publish finanical records right now for the company, they would be pretty meaningless. If we uplist, we would not just be filing our finanical records, but we would be filing them with the SEC. This adds a whole other level of depth and weight to our company and what we file. We would also have to actually follow rules and report them on a regualr bases. It would allow us to build up a track record of reporting on a timely manner as well.

Do we have to uplist? Of coures not, should we? Uhh hell yes. Sorry if you don't feel it's important, but I don't know of too many crediable companies that think its a great idea to stay on the pink sheets or want to stay here vs another exchange or quoting service.
