Haysaw, the DM epidemic, just dramatizes the government malalignment;

Policies continue to underfund government R+D and shrink pharmaceutical incentives for drug development, while politically ignoring the root causes of the diabetic epidemic which is associated with 2-3 fold health care cost. Don't get me started, we are on the edge of OT, anyway, I have to go back to finish my medical electronic documentation, which so far, escalates my overhead and reduces time for patient interaction.
