The plan I have for my 13 investors is as follows:

If the share hits $10.00 before the settlement is announced then and only then will I sell a few thousand for each investor to cover their costs plus make a profit and then the remaining 100's of thousands of shares will be FREE SHARES that no matter what the share price goes to after the settlement it will be pure profit.
