The company now has licensees/JV in Brazil, Russia, Malaysia, Japan and Korea, plus east and west coast distributors in the US. FASC gets a royalty for each machine sold, and for the JV a share of the profits (50%).

The JV in Brazil has yet to be consumated.

There is no licensee in Russia. In November 2008 FASC signed a LOI granting marketing rights in Russia but nothing as yet has come of that.

Cover Technologies Inc. is the exclusive licensee (truth be told I don't know the difference between a licensee and a distributor) for the Eastern United States.
