We know for sure based on filings that all parties were involved in global settlement talks last spring until JPMC bailed out. Based on Rosen's words on Thursday, talks have been accelerated the last couple days and in momentum for a global understanding aka global settlement. The groundworks were global settlement a year ago and so is today.
