Yes I too have seen those high projections and if you take the $50+ billion value and subtract out the p's and k's you are left with enough that once divided by 1.7 billion common you have close to $30 pps for common. But..through negotiations i don't feel it will be that high..

It's all conjecture at this point..The most important thing to me at this juncture is seeing the EC mount pressure on JPM.FDIC. They can't be trusted so the pressure should be relentless.

I would be pushing for a stock holders meeting and continue plans to change the makeup of the BOD. A bunch of angry shareholders with their right to vote will do the correct thing and then we would have a BOD that is more influential to our cause....

Come next Friday...JPM/FDIC better have a helluva reason to ask for further delays or the Judge will make her determination...
