cwit, regarding GOIG MMs your observations are well taken. It's the MMs responsibility to provide an orderly trading market and as a part of providing this they have to have shares to sell. The frequent consolidations we've been seeing are periods in which they've acquired GOIG shares to restock their inventories a bit. This periodic restocking allows them to supply shares going to a higher pps level and could be why they haven't had the necessity of creating a panic in order to acquire shares via big price drops to acquire inventory.
