Simple,
I am sure that JF and Gary are very much interested in the service that they are providing and making it work successfully but on the other hand, I agree with a former poster, that in the long run it does not matter as we have over 100 MM customers to draw from and will overcome the negatives.

If you recall, AOL had the same problems starting up and they got their subs in due time. The only concern is that I hate to see the company spend big advertising $$$ when we can't retain the customers. I would rather see them do some regional ads and check the churn rate for those zip codes, contact the drops, see why they dropped and then correct the problem.

Once the churn level is ok, then hit the big $$$ for ads...
