I wouldn't want to own BSX (i.e. the whole company) unless I could get it dirt cheap. The EV/revenue is now about 2x, so BSX is indeed approaching the level I would characterize as dirt cheap.

But it's not quite there yet, IMO. The Taxus franchise is in a state of irrevocable decline, and the debt load remains large. In short, there are a lot of things not to like about this company. Regards, Dew
