Once again today it appears that we were seeing the effects of massive dilution -- and THEN they release blockbuster news!?!?
This news is HUGE!
I just wish they had figured out that the O/S would have been a lot smaller if they hadn't killed the run at 17 cents and if they had released news before selling shares from then on. 10X as many shares must be issued at 2 cents than at 20 cents to raise the same amount of capital. And once they issue a boatload really low, then the folks holding those (probably highly discounted) shares dump them on the market, causing the effects of dilution to be further intensified. It is utterly bizarre to me how a company can have such great technological savvy and such abysmal share structure management.
Ugh!!!!!! I held. I really can't buy much more of this when management seems so clueless. But they are SO STRONG on the technology that I guess I'll let my remaining position ride for a while to see if they can't reach a point where their tech savvy outpaces their dumb share management.
Hopefully news like this will give us a bump up on Monday.
