If newly issued shares are sold, and the money is used to buy productive assets, and if the proposed use of those assets is generally regarded as adding to the present value of future earnings, then the stock price will tend to rise (other things being equal). This kind of dilution is not bad for stockholders. So, I've been buying between 1.22 and 1.25. Done for now.
