Not the same guy. The Charles Wang of Excel Era Limited in Hong Kong is Tsuing Hsi Wang. Excel Era's business address is that of
a Ms Fong's Corporate Office Service. (bookkeeping, auditing, etc)

It has also been forwarded by Tobin & Associates that the money behind Excel Era Limited is a Charles Li of Taiwan through a company that has been called CLO (I think that was it).

I have not been able to verify any of that. What a tangled web we weave?

btw - I was just going to post that posting www.sfc.hk is no different then posting www.sec.gov Government agencies with
public websites. Apparently the SFC is Hong Kong's SEC.
