I don't have these kind of numbers until we get to the ultimate lows of this secular bear (actually, my low for the secular bear on the Dow is 6000 and the Naz at 950). This year, I still think that the lows are in (but wait until we test 1263 in the next few weeks). The next cyclical bear may take a solid six to nine months until it starts (providing we hold the recent lows over the next two months), so these kind of lows maybe a year or more away.
