Also, probably the SEC will not do anything, since 1997 I trade penny stocks and never saw them doing anything to stop with this, too much corruption, they only act when things are really too obvious that they can't close their eyes, they are part of the problem, SEC., MMs, paid promoters, all the same S**t.
