Fidelity Select Gold (FSAGX)

Can trade in or out on an hourly basis during the day. But charges .75% commisssion if you sell in 30 days or less.

Rydex Precious Metals (RYPMX)

Closely tracks the XAU. You only trade EOD, but no short-term trading fee as is the case with many other gold funds.
